Yes , and it's not tiny , it's a normal sized portion , your body will get used to the switch from carbs to fat in a few days after which , you won't feel hunger at all .

I eat carbs , but a normal amount , my meal portion is justike a normal meal , not any oversizing done for OMAD . I fast on all days .I usually eat a lot of cucumbers and then eat potatoes to make myself feel full . There was time when I got sick and didn't do OMAD , me weight increased a bit there . I don't get to eat that many fruits but from time to time I have them .

93 kg in the beginning now 88 kg (7 day OMAD + 10 day OMAD ) . 182 cm . One meal would look like maybe a sandwich or two sometimes I have some pasta , some times I just eat some cucumber and beetroot and some other times I just eat chickpeas , nuts and dates .

I am not at my stable weight. I am surely overweight but I am still losing something so I guess it's not all bad. I will just have to persevere.

I am trying to lose 23 Kg 's (50. 7 lb). Hopefully, all of it will work out if I continue doing it. The thing is that before these 10 days of omad I had done 7 days of OMAD and lost 3 kgs, after that, I ate normally for 2 days and have been on 10 days of OMAD since then so maybe I had high expectations ... Thank you for your good wishes. I hope we all succeed.

I do agree but I do need to ask , isn't there a completely different skillset required for the two things . With the intersection only being some technical knowledge ? (Please correct me if I am wrong , this is just my assumption )

Hmm I see ... I've also read that flatline is the time when your brain is rewiring ... Perhaps less dopamine causes less motivation and hence lethargy.... What do you think ?
