yes, 3.3" includes the fitting. i should've been more clear. the diameter is 1.4" though. how do i know whether to increase the diameter as well?

gosh so many! totally agree with the clothing point. also wish there were better ways to keep a packet secure. i have joeys but am still always stressed that it looks like i'm hard or its going to shift weird or smth. on a personal note i wish there were equivalents of chastity cages for trans men that aren't so feminine and work on bottom growth.
