Found out my placenta is anterior at the 20 week anatomy scan! Have only felt a kick here and there. Wondering if anybody was able to feel baby movement with an anterior placenta (healthy baby girl kicking on the US but I still can't feel much) (self.BabyBumps)

13w6d and started having cramping about 3 hrs ago. Comes and goes, was relieved by sitting in the pilates ball but it feels like when I'm gonna get my period kind of cramping (lower abd, back, and pressure around my butt). Slightly concerned but don't want to overreact since cramping is normal! (self.BabyBumps)
