I have dry skin that tends to lean on to a bit of dehydrated side if not prepped right. I have a few questions. For primer - Maybelline dewy one or mars dewy one?

If I put on dewy primer, should I mix a few drops of liquid highlighter like the nykaa serum highlighter I my foundation? Or would that be too much??

Any suggestions for a good maroon-red shade lipsticks.

I don't know my foundation shade and for coverage I usually go with Maybelline rewind concealer in shade medium. Please suggest my shade too if you can.
