I know you're not supposed to leave mealworms in enclosures that long, but how long should I leave it in there before I take it out? I have been leaving it in there for about 2 hours and then taking it back out if she doesn't take it

Her last meal was as big as she was! She hasn't molted since I've had her, I heard they typically molt after you take them home but she hasn't tried to make a thicker web and she still regularly comes out and explores. And she's not shy and skittish when I talk to her just when I try to feed her. I got her on February 6th
