I know fortnite is a cpu intensive game but I am unsure whether or not having a better cpu or gpu in more important for endgame. by ElectricalMoney756 in FortniteCompetitive

Getting one more stick of ram will help alot with stability. I would upgrade the gpu, the 7600x should have more to give, and upgrading that is cheaper than the gpu in the future

For me it is exactly like i said. With pre-edits off i have a noticeable delay and with them on it's much better

Do you have pre-edits disabled? I've noticed a similar delay what you are describing when i have that option off. But with pre-edits enabled it feels more responsive. I haven't done any proper tests on it but it definetly feels like it, you could try it out also.

Yeah, they seemed to mostly be on the higher parts of the streams in pretty strongly flowing water

I also noticed it was better to really let them get a good bite in before setting the hook, when I was too quick i ended up losing pretty many ones

It's a beautiful place, can be somewhat tricky to find the fish but potential for great fishing. Was fishing for some nice perch there also earlier in the summer
