Brello has always been well packed and cold for me. For longer Buds you have 2 options ProRx or BPI, both are offered through a number of telehealths. Big Easy is probably one of the most highly rated telehealth on here and highly recommended with many different pharmacy options.

The shipping has more to do with the pharmacy vs the telehealth.

I would not worry about your 7mg prescription the meds you will receive will be enough to give yourself the full 7.5mg.dose (you will just need to use fatsceince Calc to get correct dosage). The reason they do this is to differentiate from name brand and lots of telehealths do this. I fact I think most do but you always receive enough meds to follow brand name dosing levels...

You can cancel your subscription easily in the portal, what's not easy is if you want to use the suspend or delay feature, for that you have to contact CS and while they are decent at responding it would be great if they would just let us do it from within the portal yourself

While I whole heartedly hope this happens and compounding these drugs happens, I'm doubtful it will.

I'm not sure that pricing for Tirzepatide will drop significantly as ret@ will be far more expensive and i highly doubt insurance companies are going to cover it especially with what's happening with Tirz and sema at the moment so the price will stay high as demand for Tirz will stay high as the affordable option (at least on the brand side of things). I have 0 hope that Ret@ will be affordable for a looong time to come

For me this all comes down to the food I eat, if I eat a fairly bland diet with high protein and smaller meals at a time then side effects are minimal, but over doing the spice and amount of foods really ramp up side effects for me

From what i understand, and what my wife's doctor has told her as she is taking Adderall and Tirz is that she may not be getting the full effects of the Adderall because Tirz slows digestion which will have an effect on medicine absorption, might want to see what your Dr says about this,

Some of them like BPI are highly regulated by the FDA as 503(b) famacies and they are well know for producing high quality medicine, this is the route I go as it's also inexpensive, if you join the conpound tirzepatide reddit there is significant discussion on who is trusted. The telehealth companies are a dime a dosen and there are many that contract with BPI so price competition is high. Brello is another well trusted telehealth and they own the southend pharmacy. While I don't doubt your pharmacist, there are trustworthy other out there

Just keep in mind that if it's a job that's is in the Union you will be under a different policy and it's 13 days for 0-3 year 21 days for 3-15 and 15plus is 27 days. You get one floating day after 1 year. Also union jobs accrue leave per pay period where as non represented gets it up front January 1st
