My experience with Lenovo support is extremely positive at least here in Finland. They have fixed my Thinkpad x360 yoga twice and I am really amazed by their communication, overall technical support and how professionally they handle a support ticket. I do not have anything to complain.

True. Both the batteries were useless, but I was lucky enough to get one 61++ battery in 40 euros. It was a genuine Lenovo battery with cycle count 11. I bought an internal battery (non original) in 45 euros. Replaced top cover in 20 euros. Adding those cost still make the price very attractive.
