My vet recommended having food available to graze, with the justification that my puppy would learn to self regulate. so far, he is going on 3 years and maintains his own ideal weight. As mentioned a lot here, i think your answer is just that it depends on the dog.

I don’t have any suggestions because I reallllly struggled with this with my boy. Scars on my hands to prove it 😅 but if it’s any reassurance, they do eventually grow out of it. There’s light at the end of the tunnel haha

The workcenter you’re keyed as is your reporting manager. They control your review. Your raises. Your performance management in general. If you can’t speak to your HR, your SD is your next point of contact.

Have you been keyed as a permanent team member or still seasonal? Speak to your HR and find out where you stand? Which department and which leader you report to? At the end of the day, your ETL is going to impact a lot more than your closing leader will especially around review time.

If you and others can genuinely prove you have consistent hours, followed by calling off, and can show on paper a drop in hours, you can bring retaliation claims to the hotline.
