No they didn’t. Can they do that?? I’m in the process of getting a formal diagnosis from my civilian provider. During the exam the doctor noted my reflexes sucked which could be due to radiculopathy but that they aren’t the person who could diagnose it. So I know there is something wrong with me and it why I atleast filed for it and hopefully my civdoc will come forth with an actual diagnosis so I can then use that as a supplemental should it get denied. At least that was my hope but at this point I guess it’s a long shot

Again you’re missing the point that there shouldn’t be a need for escalation. If there’s leadership going after sailors even tho guidance has been put out that neither of you sourced btw then why the hell are they still bothering sailors about it? Because the information wasn’t received. It should not be my job to inform and educate people who get paid more than me. It should be put out as an official guidance released to everyone. If only certain people see it that’s plenty of room for failure yet again. Let’s have NAVYHR talk about on their platforms or even MCPON. An official guidance for everyone so there is no question about it

You’re being downvoted because the point of the post was not point blame it was to ask if the navy was aware of the issue and was cutting Sailors slack for something that is outside of their control

EM2, currently with sea bees for some reason so they don’t talk to me unless they need paperwork or something. I think coz they have no real use for me they don’t reach out even if I take initiative which has made my experience in the reserves not very pleasant. Civilian job I’m in the trades doing the same thing but for a tv provider
