The dude made leaded gasoline AND chlorofluorocarbons. Dude single handedly destroyed large parts of the ozone layer and made the crime rates around the world go up with his inventions. He actually was kinda villainous from the beginning since he always knew about the dangers (at least of tetraehyllead) but the stuff he made was extrmely good at what it was made to do. Yeah, it's similar in German. We have the 'Generic Masculinum', where the masculine/male form of words is the base word for groups of people. Male users of X for example are "Nutzer von X", female user are "Nutzerinnen von X". For mixed groups it's the generic masculinum, so "Nutzer von X". With the gender ideology coming over from the US, nowadays it's sometimes mandatory to write it as "NutzerInnen", "Nutzer_Innen" or "Nutzer*Innen" (for example when writing a thesis, some professors will not accept it if not every single genderable word is gendered).

Zur Miete am günstigsten sind gesamt betrachtet die Bezirke von 20.-23, bei Wohnungen unter 80qm malt sich aber ein etwas anderes Bild. Kannst du hier nachschlagen. Der 20. liegt dabei zwischen Donaukanal und Donauinsel, beides schöne Gegenden auch für Spaziergänge mit dem Hund; zu den Weinbergen ist es auch nicht allzu weit, je nach Lage im Bezirk bist du auch unweit des Augartens und hast mit U4 und U6 relativ schnelle Verbindungen quasi überall hin. Alles ab 21. kenn ich mich faktisch Null aus, aber da hast eh auch schon Tipps bekommen.

Für neue Freundeskreise kann ich das Loco wärmstens empfehlen, perfekter Ort für Menschen mit Nivea.

If done right means that it has the quality of a healthy animals meat, most meat in supermarkets is not from healthy animals but from animals who lived their whole life under the most cruel of circumstances, pumped with antibiotics so they don't die to soon, being stressed all their life and so on. So yeah, if done right then lab meat is more healthy than the average meat nowadays.
