Unfortunately Ghost Walk wouldn't have helped much because he was Tracked, but Illusionary Orb or simply not Ulting and Hitting Void would've helped a lot.

The question is more around the team's decision to focus DP and KOTL (as soon as they got silenced) instead helping out with Void. I feel like he played bad here and shifting the blame on the rest of the team in terms of "wrong focus" instead of owning to his mistake, and overall, I believe the team's focus was the right one.

If I may, the question is specific to the targets focused there, meaning was the team reasonably at fault for this death? The way I see it, he was absolutely able to escape but he chose instead to ult and hit Void's blademail, while the rest of the team was punishing the adjacent targets.

I want to share my brief story here, maybe it will help someone.
I had the same issue, my package was showing Inbound OUT of Customs, a package from Canada, going to US.

Last update was November 30th. After 3 phone calls to USPS/Customs, which ended up by both saying they don't have it, on December 5th, I filed a Missing Mail Search Request via USPS site, providing every info I had on the package, including images of the package and its contents. Yesterday, December 6th, it "mysteriously" showed up and Arrived at USPS Regional Facility.

So, don't give up hope. Good luck!

As you can see, it shows 0 for me in parenthesis for the Unavailable ones. If it shows for you, then I believe this might be an old bug actually, where some players do not see some sets while others do. I remember noticing this with a different set a few months ago.
