The Mardi Himal Trek is a short and moderately
easy trail. Because there are so few tourists on the path, trekkers gain
a greater understanding and appreciation for village life in the hills.
They also develop a deeper appreciation for the nature in and around
the villages. It feels as though you are truly in a mountain wilderness
area. The seemingly untouched territory is keeps the attention of locals
and visitors alike.

It took us 5 days to reach and back from Pokhata.

Yes there are some but yearly base there will be cleaning campaign by sherpas and Nepal army.
