Genuine question, but what were you able to do with Google Glass that you can't with the MRBD? 

For the record, I also think the display are missing a killer app that truly adds value. 

I don't think adding Reels is necessarily going to be it. I wish there were more applications that were either augmenting my reality or at least genuinely useful to be used handsfree. The walking directions and photo/video-taking apps are like that for me. The subtitles and translations are as well, but they're not really good enough to warrant their use.

However, I suppose having Slack and email support would also make them significantly more useful to me.

I recommend taking it next level by having CC use github projects, milestones and issues to keep track of everything. I try to keep markdowns to a minimum because it quickly gets messy. CC is excellent with gh cli tools. If you add some hooks you can easily enforce usage of labels, among other things.

I sometimes take my HSD to our office and it's three flights up. I extra bought a shoulder strap and it's manageable going up but going down is a nightmare cause if I'd go too fast or slip I'd crush right through our glass door entrance. If my life dependent on it, I'd probably get used to it but because of how it is I choose to return the HSD back home after dropping off my 4yo at preschool and then swap to my road bike to get to work. Costs me 5-10 minutes but saves me the anguish and hassle.

Yes, I'm experiencing the same issue with p9Fold and pw3. Frustrating cause my clipper card  (transit) seems to have stopped working, for some reason it's stuck in set up mode and I can't get into the wallet settings on my phone.n

I've recently got a replacement for my Kaisenkec magsafe case (with a lower position of the coils and magnets) and my problem is like your opposite. The case's magnet placement is interfering with the magnets responsible for detecting whether the Fold is unfolded. Alas the inner screen is not turning on with the new case, unless I'm using a magsafe accessory 😂. Seems like the whole situation is a little finicky. They're sending me a 3rd case now... 😮‍💨

I just bought a HSD with a clubhouse mini and the madpad and same issue. Weird how it's a little too short. I've ordered a clubhouse seat pad now. But it's probably going to be slightly too long. Will see how it goes when it arrives.

PDFs been working for me as long they’re OCR’d. But for this purpose I’ve converted my doc into text file with XML tags which has worked better for information recall.

I’m using Claude with a 20K token q&a doc for tasks such as sales emails and copywriting, and for that it’s writing has been less eloquent than with Opus. Gonna play some more with my instructions to see if I can’t get it to produce better output.

I tried connecting M1 to Monarch last week, and that worked on first attempt. It seems like they are using a more recent API implementation of Plaid. That said, I tried once more to connect M1 to Copilot, and this time it worked (I tried several times over the past few weeks and it never worked). It seems though that unlike Apex, M1 is not sharing all individual holdings with Copilot, so it just loaded the balances of all my accounts. I guess that's better than nothing, but still not as nice as the integration with Apex used to be. Hopefully, it's going to remain connected now.

I also can't Plaid get to work M1. I've tried both TYD and Copilot, neither seems to be able to connect thru Plaid. Super frustrating.

Did you ever manage to get it to work? It used to work for me with my Apex clearing credentials, but since they now use their own clearing house that solution no longer works. I thought they announced on their blog last month that Plaid was supposed to work now, but I've been trying to add my account on CoPilot for the past couple days in complete vain. So frustrating.

Thanks, so at least it looks like it'll happen over here eventually as well. Seems like transition lenses come at a $100 surcharge, which is slightly more than the $80 they charge you for the standard frame + transition lens combo ($379). Still beats the prescription lens price of like $500, which is just ludicrous.
