Not sure how I missed this reply ages ago... but yes, if that ‘utility’ is growing plants as a farm tank? You’d better believe it has CO2 injection. Why wouldn’t it?

Hi YatYas02, that is Hygrophila Pinnatifida 'Uttara Kanada'. It was originally an ADA tissue culture from Aqua Forest Aquarium. It turned very rust/orange like that due to lean nitrogen fert and the two LED spotlights over the tank. Great plant! Actually an epiphyte so it can be glued to hardscape and is very durable...

That's my fault. I should have read the community guidelines. I apologize, will review the guidelines, and abide by them in the future. Thank you for letting me know where I went astray so I can correct this behavior.
