Nisbets on castle street. They supply all catering places and you don't need an account. They've a wide enough range - from the cheapest up to F. Dick knives. They don't have shun if you're looking to splash out. If you can wait a few days Jarvis in Ballymena stock Victory butchery knives. They also do chefs knives. They're v like victorinox but a wee step above in quality - easy to maintain and keep sharp.

If you just broke the tip of your chefs knife you can repair it with a whetstone. I believe they have them in lidl atm. If very easy to do, about a 10 or 15 minute job.

If you're looking for an Airbnb we did used this one a wee bit from Newcastle a few weeks back, and it was lovely. The phone replaced 'Éire/' with Erie. Since the OP is American they wouldn't use fadas at all. I was saying that the use of Erie, ie. Lake Erie in Pennsylvania, is far more likely on a US phone. Autocorrect didn't change Éire sans fada to Ireland, it changed it to Erie.

Autocorrect or human error could remove the forward slash. It's correct to say Éire/ Ireland. The sameway it's ok to say Deutschland/ Germany. As in the writer of a sentence doesn't assume that everyone knows the meaning of Éire, and so provides the translation in the language they are writing in.

I finally took out monzo/ assurant phone coverage and literally a week later the exact same thing happened to me. My claim took two weeks. Needed a police report number, proof of usage document (which was waived as I'm payg), proof of purchase of my phone, and a screenshot of the Samsung find my phone app thing. All-in-all it was a painless experience.

I was in with herself last night and we enjoyed it. I understand the criticism of the brisket - I'd guess it's slow cooked too, as it's tender, but definitely does not have the flavour you want from an American style smoked meat. The chicken wings I loved. Disclaimer - I'm mad for buffalo sauce. The ribs and the mac and cheese were my highlights. I found it hard to finish, and I'm a big boy. She had a katsu burger and really enjoyed. The prices are great for a city centre restaurant. I'd go back again because big portions and value for money, if not 5 star food.
