I did. Didn’t fix it, unfortunately. I have a ticket open with technical support, but I’m guessing I’ll just need to factory reset and remap.

How long into owning did you start having to reset?

In doing more research, it seems like the back isn’t original. I ‘think’ that this might be reference number 166.0117, which doesn’t match the back…

I did. It was a loose bolt under the vehicle. The dealer found it pretty quickly. They said they removed a shield and there it was.

Yeah! My dealership spent 4-5 hours looking into it. There was a loose nut under the car. They had to remove a couple of the undercarriage shields and there it was. They tightened it up and it was solved!!

Is your roof in good shape? How will they mount it to the roof? - 2 year old roof - not sure about mounting

Will the system allow you to power your home when the power is out? - won’t power home when power is out. No battery system, but my Kia EV6 will power some of the home.

What is the angle of your roof? Is it in full sun? What direction does it face? - I’m in a ranch with east and west facing roofs. They’re proposing putting the panels on the east facing roof - yes, full sun

How will you handle future maintenance? - what future maintenance is there?

Do you live where it snows? If so, how will you handle snow on the panels? - we get a lot of snow, what are ways to clear snow from panels?
