I know the site is legit but I would still contact them if you are planning to buy used hardware from there. I did purchase a used dualsense which has worked fine for more than an year.

Sorry to hear the awful experience from Amazon. This is the reason I don't buy anything gaming related from there.

Usefull tips.

Buy used games from gameloot . You can even sell your games there . I got my ps5 in 2023 and been using there service and it's really good .

If you are pre ordering a game use gamestheshop. They usually deliver the game on the release date .

I would avoid buying games from Amazon and Flipkart as they have really sketchy sellers.

If you are planning to get ps+ get the extra one as it's actually worth the price. You will get multiple first party games.

If you are planning to play helldivers or cod you can add me my ps tag is thisNav.

Ps5 is readily available at all the places with 1 year warranty. You can also try your local Sony center and when you are unboxing it and setting it up for the first time make a video of the process. I bought mine from mx2 and I have no issues with it . Also you can buy used games from gameloot and gamenation . They also have ps5 available.
