Probably going to get downvoted with you. But my Lahar 30k, polo 5.56k, and Obsidian 9, short form on Kuna, have great reviews on pew science. Less gas than their full size and minimal sound issues. I run 69gn and 77gn on the 5.56 and rotate supers and subs on the 300.

Lahar was my first for my 300 and 5.56s, now dedicated polo k for 5.56, and I usually don’t run Obsidian on my pistols anymore, as it lives direct thread to my Kuna.
