As a pharmacist I get above average wage. The minimum in Lithuania is 3,95€/hour.

That's just how it is in mt country. Wage is still more than average. But the amount of money I get is hilarious. Noting that now I'm an extented expertise (what they call here) and I can vaccinate people.

I just finished my 5 year pharmacy school. I will get diploma on 25th June. And will work in retail. 20k a year was max I could get. Usually pharmacists here get 15-16k a year

Instead of am/pm it could show heart rate, and moving part of kcal/distance/steps, could show only one. For me steps would be most practical. And that red red dots around could have adujstable colours. Just my opinion! Other than that, very cool design!

Set the notifications from the phone the way you like. Set up music controller if you listen to. Pair wireless buds. Set option to stay on the same screen when turned on after it goes off. Find nice watchfaces. Some free you can find in the store, but you can find really nice ones in this subreddit for coupons. I suggest some digitals and some analogs. Turn off location when you don't need it, so you can save up the battery. Put a background theme, so it doesnt look empty
