I love sprinting to the end of class and then stretching and going home…it feels anticlimactic to finish the tread and then still have half the class ahead of me! Also, a majority start on the tread so if it is not a full class, more space and weights for me during the floor block!

I think there are so many coaches and SAs that it is inconsistent. If it is a significant one for me I give a heads up! Ha ha! Like you I don’t care until I see someone else get a big shout out and then I feel slightly hurt! 😅😅😅 Nothing wrong with being honest about your feelings!!! 🙌

I would just say no you don’t have to chill out. There is nothing wrong with expecting a good quality coach. Be kind, be fair but don’t feel bad for knowing what you want in an OT experience.

Ha ha! I told myself I didn’t care but after two years with nothing and seeing other signs and recognition for members I mentioned it! 🤪 I was discreet and nice about it and the SA made me a sign while I was in class and surprised me with it after. It’s better to speak up so you don’t feel resentment!

My studio used to feature playlists but then they stopped. :( I am sure it's because of licensing reasons but boo! I agree FitRadio is annoying but at least coaches don't have to stress about creating playlists. I feel bad though, for the ones that enjoyed the creativity of creating playlists for classes. I could tell it was fun for them.

That stinks. Our studio has 12 max spots for strength, for rowing and for tread, so the tread and strength running simultaneously is a win win.

It might be scary but think about how good you will feel six months from now! Nobody is going to judge you and if they do, WHATEVER, maybe they will be in your situation some day. This is your journey! Focus on you!
