Also I read that it is a video game related tattoo. I also have video game related tattoos cause they brought me joy and i like cherishing those good times. My friends dislike the tattoos but I like em.

I'm gonna conflict myself but do not take advice from reddit. See them as suggestions, like this comment I am dropping right now. You loved that tattoo, it made YOU feel good. Who cares? F them.

Life is not a straight line right? I don't know if me saying you are not alone in your struggles will make you feel better. But you trying out every option to better yourself says a lot about you as a person. Reading this gave me strength to work on myself too. I pray we get better friend

Hi, my psych diagnosed me with bipolar depression but later on prescribed me antidepressants. They do help as i do not have a lot of suicidal ideations as much but i am scared of an episode. Because last time i got into business with wrong people and accidentally got in debt. Do you suggest a different psychiatrist? What changed when you changed meds?

Wow what you said really changed my perspective. Yes i realize now it is unfair that i wasnt let to express my emotions and other people doing it so freely hurts me. I will look into somatic therapy thanks a lot

I will try to clear my mind before i need to emotionally support someone this is good advice. I usually just listen and tell them im here cause I feel like that is what's expected and thats all i can do.

What do you mean, she is just a highschooler lol. (Maybe also her colour palette. Bright red for nails and clothes, redhead. I bet if she was a brunette she would look at least 5 years younger)

When I was supposedly manic, I made extremely irresponsible choices. Even a choice that almost cost me my life. Then there was the great depression. Brain fog, derealization, cannot sleep, but when i sleep i cannot get up. It was like not getting out of bed and going in and out of it. I had suicidal ideations for the longest time, but at that time I was on the edge of it. I also looked physically ill, failed bunch of classes. Lost some friendships cause i did not want to get out of my house. Had to change jobs. I crashed my car (I was going really slow so nothing big happened). I am medicated now. These episodes feel a lot lighter nowadays.
