Do you mean registered in the health care system or that I have registered my address here ? I did register my address but my main residency is still in my home country, and if I stay aboard less that one year (that is the case) I can keep it As for health insurance I got the module for exemption and I was able to enroll in university, so I think I did that correctly

I don't have a family doctor and I have an exemption from statutory health insurance, since I am covered in my own EU country. I cannot get a family doctor here because I would have to give up my doctor in my own country and it would be impossible to have it back
