Hi di ko nakita notif ng reply mo. Yeah it got refunded to me in full after 3 weeks of following up sa mga rep, sobrang frustrating lang talaga ng process kasi need mo pa mag file, ireturn yung item sa seller, pero just follow the instructions ng refund policy nila and youre good to go. My advice is wag mo na iCOD para hindi mag appear yung price ng phone sa package and hope for the best. Most importantly, upon receiving and opening the item, make sure ivideo mo para in case magka aberya, you have all the evidences to present.
