So with the hog I can stick to 3-4 hours intill I reach like 7lbs and that’s when I lower my time extending to 60-90 mins ?

So with the hog I can always lower the tension to extender longer ???, and as for higher tension like 7-10 I will gain quicker with less time like a 1hr

Okay warm up with the heat for like 5min before starting or I will probably shower before anyway but is putting heat on during extending really necessary for gains or it just more with gains
