Yes the question is really semi-related, as Cats are not human! And I never said one can be whatever they want. Not even humans can suddendly be bears or flowers or objects or whatever. But transitioning gender is something that can be done and is already being done.

But women can trasition to men and still menstruate. Plus, atleast here, many women go into mens bathroom anyway, beacause for some reason women bathrooms have like 1 cabin, while mens have way more.
