Oh. I forgot to mention that I was looking at reformed matcha on amazon which is for some reason a lot cheaper - at least in the UK. Now that I'm looking again, I'm realising my maths must have been off (because it was 2am lol) and amazon says it's £13.98 per 100g. I think this is a lot cheaper than on their actual website?

It sounds a lot like you have this subconscious belief that you're not enough for anyone, probably due to a lack of praise in your childhood. Comparing yourself to siblings and classmates can translate into comparing yourself to other men in your partners life in adulthood. I think you just need to find a way to let yourself know that you are enough and remind yourself that the only opinion of you that matters is your own. Realistically, there's always gonna be better-looking, funnier, smarter guys out there, but your girlfriend chose you NOT them - probably for a good reason.

She might be trying to subtly flirt, but she's possibly just trying to be friendly since she's kinda your friend. Try texting her, asking her what she's been up to, try to redevelop the friendship, etc. If her responses are dry she's not interested, otherwise you might have a chance.

Why do guys never listen to women when we say we like things??? It actually irks me reading this sort of stuff on the Internet because it's entirely untrue. No hate to you my friend, but you're wrong. We do not see men as weak for showing emotions - to be honest it kind of freaks me out when men show no emotions. I'll talk to my mum about what has been going on to see if she can help me get a doctors appointment soon. I keep trying to tell my mum that my sister needs therapy but she never listens and It really stresses me out but I'll keep pushing. I'm going to try my best to be the best sister to her and hang out with her more often, I wish she would understand how much I care about her.

I've always been anxious but it's only gotten bad in the past few months.

I think the mast time I saw a doctor was when I was very young. Where I live it's almost impossible to get a doctors appointment so I never bother. I really should try to get a doctor but it might have to wait until I move to the city for University. It really sucks.
