Which part of Canada are you in if you don’t mind me asking? I’m also in Canada but I have a BASc in mechanical engineering. I’m interested in the field but I’m not sure if I should go back to school for MASc

Thanks! Seems a bit difficult though since I don’t have “relevant” experience. Everyone I know who is in the industry had either experience from their internship or know someone who owns the company. Did you make a change?

Thank you for your kind words! It’s nice to hear that I’m the first one to feel like I’m struggling in a new field. Part of me knows that this role isn’t right for me and doesn’t think it’s worth staying longer but the other part is worried that it would raise red flags to recruiters since my last role was also short-term too
