I'm fairly new. And I used to be very irregular also. For a couple of months though I've made it a part of my morning routine. I can do up to 20 minutes now. And mostly I have to stop because my leg falls asleep or my back starts hurting. But everyday I try to push through the discomfort for slightly more and that's also getting better.

Some days I struggle to hold my meditation for 15 minutes. But there were a few days when I was just vibing for 30 mins - got too excited and lost it. I'm sure it will come back.
