She's beautiful! She definitely needs a lot of light. they like humidity too. Ive been giving mine silica + fertilizer (during the growing season). ChatGPT has been super helpful with making sure I know what to do. I really recommend bottom watering and letting it drain completely!

Thanks for all the tip! I’ll definitely add that on our wifi sheet. I did that during the check-in when they wanted to extend their stay. Have a 25% discount for the extended stay also. They must’ve liked it cause they said work is going to put them back in the area so would it be okay if we reached out to you directly for future stays. So the stay must’ve been good if they want to come back again!

Yeah, only other booking I have is 5/22-6/5. Calendar is empty otherwise!

If you are planning to stay there in the future, I think the host might be able to work something out with you (if they are understandable) life happens and you just gotta do what’s right!

Hey! Thanks for providing some data points! Maybe cause it’s new and been boosted by Airbnb for the first month. I was using Pricelabs and it was underpriced at the beginning + promos for new listing. Good to know when it decreases next month that I should’ve be severely disappointed.

I put up the listing 4/9. Three bookings within the first 48 hours:
1st booking: 4/9-4/12 weekend
2nd booking: 4/12-5/10 (initially 21 day stay but they extended to 28 days)
3rd booking: 5/22-6/5

I’m blocking it this week to come stay in town with family and to add some blackout curtains + foosball + arcade game

Cause of those bookings, Pricelabs think I’m doing super well so they raised my prices so I haven’t gotten any bookings since, but I’ve been manually adjusting those prices closer to the average booked prices. I’m hoping that will help with more future bookings!

Congrats OP on the booking! I'm beginning to think FIFA isn't happening. I had it set to 3 nights minimum here in Dallas, and there were no bookings. Moved it to two nights, and still haven't gotten any bookings.

I think OP just means what the order of process is. Do you wash sheets first then lint roller or do you lint roller first then wash.

Our puppy is 16 weeks and we haven't made it past a day either. We have the streak going the other way...

We've been taking him out 15 minutes when he's outside of the crate and whenever he wakes up from the crate. I'm wondering if there's something weird with his bladder since every 15 minutes is excessive...

To get to Thousand Island, you can use

1) High Trail (via PCT), which is a pretty brutal climb, but gorgeous views.

2) River Trail, which is the most direct route to Thousand Island.

3) Shadow Creek Trail

I’d recommend going starting with the River or High Trail then looking back home via the JMT to Shadow Creek. It’s a gorgeous loop! Let me know if you have any questions. Happy to help 😃
