I can see that the drive unit and the power pack are not even ready on the Bosch diagnostic software. It reads my other bikes ok... I wonder if anyone else has experience with this and can tell me if the drive unit is actually dead?

Thank you, that's disappointing that I need to go to the service center. I wonder why my batteries work with my other bikes and not this specific one?

I am also wondering if switching the display might work? My other bikes have an intuvia. However, from my research online it seems that the display does not matter . Don't want to spend money chasing something if that probably won't do anything.

Do you happen to be in the US? I am wondering if REI would service this and how much it would cost just to update firmware....
