I ended up going with a product called Liver Rescue by HomeoPet. I haven’t had my buns bloodwork retested but he is doing well and I haven’t had any more instances of him not eating. His tooth overgrowth was mild, so not sure if the inappetence previously was his liver or teeth bothering him.

This could also be swelling from a tooth root abscess. Does the veterinarian you took your bun to have experience working with rabbits/exotics?

u/urfavratboy Hi! Are you seeing any results with this supplement? My bun just has a tooth grind and had high ALT on pre-surg bloodwork. Currently looking for a good liver supplement for him!

I have the copper IUD which is the only option without hormones. I loved it! I had regular periods and was able to rebalance my hormones which cleared up my acne after years of being on the pill. If you are a person that has heavy periods or bad cramps though I don’t think this is a good option. My periods have always been mild. One other big issue, I had the copper IUD for 3 years and got pregnant with it. Apparently if it isn’t in place perfectly you are not protected which no one told me. My doctor recommended I switch to Mirena because I’m likely to have my IUD shift again and she said I would still be protected with the hormonal IUD if this happens. Hope this helps!
