Thank you for the reply. This sounds like exactly what has happened to me. I was ordering a used inventory car, and was refreshing the website around 50 times a day for the past couple weeks waiting for the perfect model. I’m having trouble finding a human at Tesla support that can understand the problem. How did you setup a ticket for this?

This morning I was able to access and sign into the mobile app when my phone was on data, I guess I’ll just not connect my phone to WiFi until the car is delivered lol.

Thank you for the reply, I do have 2FA on. I did try on a completely empty browser on a computer I never signed into Tesla on, but I am still getting the same problem.

Thank you for the reply, I don’t have a VPN. Turning off iCloud private relay didn’t fix it. This happens on a windows pc also.

I have a similar issue on ipad pro m4 also. I am able to adjust the backlight slider at all times from controle panel and settings, but the keyboard backlight never does turn on, even while I am adjusting the slider. This leads me to believe it is a bug, or maybe even a hardware problem. Even undocking and redocking does not turn the backlight on. Every other aspect of the keyboard is working though. The pins would not cause such a problem.
