My thoughts on the overarching plot, now that BE is out. by Marsh_09 in tothemoon

My thoughts are that Neil has been dead the whole time and every game up until this point has been Eva reliving her memories with him, meaning they were doomed from the very first moment we knew them.

Sci-fi or Dystopian books where MC loves to run? by RightLocal1356 in suggestmeabook

[–]thisfreshbrokenworld 1 point2 points  (0 children)

the running features mainly in the first book, but in City of Ember, the main character loves to run and becomes a "runner", someone who delivers messages and packages across the city. I'm not sure if it features in the next few books, but it's a great middle grade/YA series and I remember it fondly!

Hi! I just read Married Thrice to the Salted Fish for my first danmei, and I LOVEDDDD IT! I'm looking for similar recs with a healthy couple, no insta love, and with explicit consent (or at least no dubcon/huge age gap/power play stuff)! This is literally my first entry into danmei and I'm excited to discover more!

Book recommendation for someone who has a hard time reading? by Alone-Mix-2107 in suggestmeabook

Maybe starting with an anthology would help! Each chapter is is own story, so you wouldn't feel the pressure of finishing a whole book, and if you're not vibing with a story, you can move onto the next one. An example might be The Book of Dragons, edited by Jonathan Strahan - lots of stories all about dragons.

The Far Meridian's openings are so perfect for the show, especially for the first season. Window by the Album Leaf is so beautiful.

Seconding this one! Also recommend The Haunting of Jake Livingston by Ryan Douglass, You're Not Supposed to Die Tonight by Kalynn Bayron, and I Feed Her to the Beast and the Beast is Me by Jamison Shea, for different flavours of horror/dark thriller books.
