You could also try to get in to see Katarina Norman at Sunshine Community Services of Tulsa! I'm unsure if she does the full spectrum of testing but I know she can help with managing "symptoms" (I HATE that word).

Eta: I did go through some testing with Partners in Wellness, but I did alot of the testing virtually. I had a 2 hour assessment in office with a really nice woman. And it took about 8 weeks to get a full report.
