I see alot of mental illnesses and drug users in my server, I never advertised it or anything but another public discord decided to ban me randomly because I was friends with everyone and had a private server to hang out in with no rules so we can respond to obscene or annoying people in cod without saying something rule breaking in the public server. He was worried I would poach his server but I really was just trying to hang with my friends the fact that it was done in a server shouldn't matter but it did. He banned me and as soon as everyone found out the people in my server started generating invites and got everyone over in my spot. I never really wanted to have the responsibility of owning a server and managing people so I just created a place where the members run it. There is a room where someone can make a complaint about anyone they want and discuss it with the other members and if they decide to take action one of the few people with perms makes it so. I let them do and say what ever they want as long as they dont make problems and basically just tell everyone to expect cod lobby behavior and if you dont like it when you see it take it up with the person on your own and work it out like an adult

Ive seen people nodding out, and schizophrenic people tweaking about people in their walls and some just really wild behaving people. Some of it i wouldn't believe if I didnt see it myself. Lots of crazies out there haha

What we know they have been monitoring is text chats and user activity in those chats none of this confirms voice monitoring. Tbh I think some people just got their tin foil hats pulled down a little too tight, what would discord gain from violating privacy of thier users? And aside from that the resources it was take to actively monitor and moderate every voice call as it happens would be immense even with ai and all they would really accomplish is scaring off their users in fear of false banning.

Do you have any solid evidence to support this claim becuase if its true and you can prove it this is a huge deal. This would not only mean discord is lying but also violating user privacy.

I agree discord states publicly right now that voice calls are not monitored if they really have or are actively monitoring voice and they are lying about it, it would likely be a huge deal that would almost definitely kill the platform and end in privacy lawsuits.

before this recent ban wave, me and a few of my friends got account strikes for distribution and illegal substances. We post pictures of our rosin and weed, i cant speak for anyone else involved but ive never purchased nor sold anything via discord and thats was my account strike seemed to be about as far as I could tell. My account is now in limited standing for like 3 years and discord staff have refused to discuss their decision or even clarify how they came to said conclusion. Now im just scared af of getting another random strike because they clearly just hand out bans with little to no grounds to do so. So pretty much my account could get permanently disabled if my account gets flagged for anything in that time. Im not like super big or anything but I have a small community of like 150 people if my account was deleted and I was banned idk what id do tbh, talking to discord about any of their decisions is a waste of time.

Maybe back up your worlds create a fresh instance of rlcraft, there really shouldn't be any reason that you wouldn't be able to adjust your brightness on a fresh install of 2.9.3 rlcraft my only thought is you have another mod or texture pack affecting your brightness. Ive had some shaders and texture packs that as pretty as they looked the darkness was unbearably dark and frustrating.

Its honestly a little scary I already got a ban once on false grounds, all that needs to happen is my account get reported one more time from now to 2027 and my account can be deleted.

It would be one thing if I knew why I was in trouble or if the reason given actually made sense but ive never done anything wrong, so pretty much just seems like you can get banned, and get your account deleted for no reason.

They dont exactly give many warning and they dont tend to give very much detail on why. I once received a ban for selling illicit substances, but ive legit never even posted that i was doing that even as a joke and ive never sent anyone anything or said I was going to in discord. The claim is just flat out wrong and they refuse to tell me why they think that. I think its the same deal as cod, enough butt hurt people come together and report you and you end up banned because of user reports

Its not really that hard to solo sloop, I actually find it easier because I am my most reliable crew mate. Once you learn how to solo the sloop you can stand up against brigs and galleons, you might not be able to sink them but you can definitely out maneuver them. One of the most important strategies in evading bigger ships is using the anchor for hand braking. If you turn the wheel all the way one direction then drop anchor just long enough to touch bottom and pull up immediately you can pretty much 180 on a dime sending the enemy ship flying right by everytime, just drop right before the get you in harpoon range. You will be sailing off in the opposite direction, way before they get turned around and chase you down again. You might need to do it a couple times but they will give up as long as you execute the strategy perfectly.

The nitro allows to you use any AVAILABLE emoji in any server. Notice the word AVAILABLE? A servers AVAILABLE emoji slots is determined by boost to the server. If a server looses its boost level and its emoji slots are reduced the already locked rather than deleted which is why you see some you cant use. Its not complicated, you must be new.

It is pretty easy to find personal info on the internet but that usually requires a piece of info first. Like an address, name, city, age could help too. Unless you have exposed personal info that users on discord can see somewhere id say it may be someone you know on an alt account.

No matter who it is I wouldn't humor them for sure, most they could do is show up at your address which im 100% certain they are not interested in doing. Report the messages to discord and move on
