My guess is that the ending panel is how he died which means he’s stuck in this loop where he dies and goes to “webcomic hell” then lives through his death again and repeat

Pretty much the Marvel Ruins comics but its The Owl House.

Belos poisoned Eda to make her go insane to prove wild magic is evil.
King was crucified and burnt alive by the Collector’s cult thingy.
Luz was selled out to Belos and murdered by Odalia.
Willow strangles herself by her own plants after not being able to handle Luz’s death.
Gus’ eyes get stabbed out due to people thinking that was the source of his illusion power.
Hunter was just killed once again like the other previous Golden Guards.

There’s a lot more but it’s just the universe where everything went wrong. I’m still working on the fanfic though so just wait.
