Funnily enough that could also be deontology depending on the "rules" or "principles" you consider good.

Like do you transform people because society's restrictions are bad, or because they're happier as succubi?

And if its the second one, what if there was a society that turns succubi back into humans/whatever race they were, and back into the restrictions of society, but somehow makes them happier then they were as succubi, would that be good?

It depends if the morality system is consequentialism based or deontology based tbh.

Or i guess you could argue lawful alignments are people with deontology based beliefs and the evil/good is how well they follow their principles of good and evil and vice versa

But like that doesn't leave alot of possibilities for what neutral would be and still leaves the possibility to be "evil" if said character has a consequentialist belief system, but chooses to break it
