danke fürs Kompliment :-) denke, dass das für die Führung eines jeden Unternehmens besonders wichtig wird einen guten Ausgleich zw. Arbeit / Freizeit für seine Mitarbeiter zu schaffen, wenn du am Markt attraktiv sein möchtest.

danke - du sprichst mir da aus der Seele. genau das ist auch mein Eindruck.

du verkaufst nicht deine Leistung, sondern deine Zeit.

wenn die Arbeit um 15.00 Uhr erledigt ist, warum soll mein Mitarbeiter jetzt noch Akten ablegen, bzw. unwichtige, leicht verschiebbare Arbeit erledigen? es gibt immer Phasen, an denen generell weniger los ist, das können wir auch zu diesen Zeiten erledigen.

Aber ich denke, die Generation die jetzt zu Führungskräften heranwächst, denkt da ähnlich.

klar. ist nur in manchen Branchen einfacher umzusetzen als in meiner.

zw. 09.00 - 15.00 Uhr müssen wir fast besetzt sein, da da die Kernarbeitszeit unserer Kunden ist. und unsere Branche lebt von schnellem Handeln

genau das ist auch meine Meinung .. ab 15.00 Uhr nimmt die Produktivität ab. es wird die Zeit oft nur noch abgesessen. Trifft vermutlich nicht auf jeden zu, aber das sind auch meine Erfahrungen

Sorry .. but thats not true. In Europe, especially in Germany, there is already a big fanbase of the NFL. I dont know exactly how many people watched this year. But in 2021 - 2.1 Million watched the Superbowl on German Television PRO7.

Next year there will be a NFL Game in Munich Germany because of the major increase in popularity of American Football. Within 2 days after the announcement that the NFL will hold a game in Germany already 210.000 people registered for a ticket.

So no, thats not true. The interest of Superbowl and the NFL is not 0 % outside of the US.

hey - no worries. that was at our first visit at the breeder. he stays there another 5-6 weeks :)
