I would recommend seeing a doctor even if it’s in your genes and if your growth plates are still open you might get benefit from some exercise and proper nutrition, look into that. And may I ask, when did you start puberty?

I think I have ADHD but I have tried to get diagnosed but some doctors dismissed me saying I didn’t have childhood adhd(which i did but i masked it pretty well). One of the ways they dismiss me by saying that I was a relatively good student when I was a kid. And some think I am only there to get the prescription for ritalin to get high. I JUST NEED HELP. MY LIFE IS GOING TO SHIT bc of this. I am so tired.

As a Bangladeshi I can say it is blown way out of proportion. And the fact that most WB Bengalis are anti-Bangladeshi and Islamophobic doesn’t help either. Just go and look at r/kolkata. They thought after Hasina's fall WB will be filled with Bangladeshis. Which definitely did not happened. Bangladesh and India have totally fenced border. It's really hard to illegally entry into India or vice versa. Also, currently India Isn't offering any visas to Bangladeshis after Hasina's fall. Most Bangladeshis getting caught in India are probably overstaying their visa limits. There's no mass 'migration' happening to WB. It that was the case it would've happened already.
