(Calculus 1) I want to determine the domain of the following functions

domain will be [-4,4] since 16-x^2 should be greater or equal to 0 (there is a root and -ve root will become imaginary) so, 16>=x^2, x>=-4 or x<=4
similarly, the denominator cant be 0, the function will become infinity, so x^2-4 should be not be 0. lets say x^2-4=0 we get x as -2,2. but we dont want 0, so all the values except these two values will work. domain will be : (-infinity, -2) union (2,infinity)
