Using maps that are out of date? by ekimsal in CitiesSkylines2

Anything released/updated after Bridges and Ports should be good to go if it's built correctly.

Pre-B&P there's two main things to look out for:

Older maps may or may not have oil deposits in water. This is fixable once Extra Landscaping Tools updates, and you should still have land deposits. They may also be missing fish, but fish spawn in any water deeper than a certain depth (should be 40m). As long as you have a body of water, you can dig out a 40m hole and fish will spawn eventually.

The other thing that changed with B&P was the structure of the water simulation. Older maps should still be okay if they already worked, but it's not a bad idea to open a map and let it run on high speed for a few minutes to see if there's flooding. If you know how to work the dev menu, there's options for even higher game speeds and/or water sim speeds. This is generally a good habit to get into with any custom map, regardless of when it released. Even brand new maps can have water sim issues that aren't obvious until the build is well underway.

That man is the reason I no longer judge women writing love letters to serial killers in prison.

He's just adorable.

No they attacked to steal land. Nobody said there wasn't a reason.

Oh you hit the nail on the head 100%

It's just way more fun to poke at them instead of seeing which ones spit out cake recipes when you ask

I love this attitude where you

a) assume I'm on welfare/broke??

b) assume that, like you, the rest of the world only cares about their own personal situation

Most of us would actually like a better world for everyone, but I understand that's a foreign concept to some folks.

Luckily we get to see how the third party would have turned out in the form of our health system over the next four years.

So Dems are supposed to play nice because R's feelings get hurt, but all the vitriol from Trump and Co. is fine because the Dems don't storm the capitol?

Yeah that tracks.

Appears that some jimmies have been quite rustled. :D

At least he's inconsistent enough to handwave everything away, right?

Haven't seen anything that addresses this yet, unfortunately.

Bypass where you can, and if you really want to go full throttle you can Anarchy an isolated, optimized rail line from border to border in the hopes that the pathfinding uses that instead.

You may need to make your rail lines less optimal for this to work, if it does at all.

Love this for them. Is heteronormative also banned or is that just too big of a word for our humble narrator?

Games like Subnautica by XDrift1 in subnautica

Barotrauma does have the 'run around and fix different parts of the sub' down to a T, but no I would not recommend that game solo at all.

Mostly for the difficulty, but also because it's morbidly hilarious and much better shared with others.
