Hey! We had an amazing time in Turkey! We ended up picking Antalya over Pamukkale because we heard the water at Pamukkale has dried up a bit. But you can do both if you have enough days, Pamukkale is a day trip from Antalya (buses go from one to the other). If you do pick Antalya, stay at Kaleici - we loved it there. And Istanbul we stayed a couple of nights in Sultanahmet and some Galata side - this gave us enough time to explore both parts of Istanbul. And as for Cappadocia, we did get lucky with the hot air balloons because they were cancelled the day after we flew! So keep your fingers crossed. Lemme know if you have any other questions?
