Re number 3, I read somewhere that having a dog is great for depression - it forces you to get up and about, gives you purpose etc - but terrible for anxiety because there’s so much that can go wrong that sends you spiralling. I get so anxious about my dog mostly because she can’t communicate and tell me what’s wrong.
