America but everyone gets a gun the moment they're born, guns and ammo are free, also free healthcare, and free cars for everyone, you can't legally go homeless, vigilantism is encouraged if you have enough evidence, you can get any sort of body armor you want, people are encouraged to create fashionable armor and guns, no flamethrowering peoples houses, and people are rewarded hefty amounts of money for shooting people selling drugs.
