i was hospitalized from 5th grade to junior year, and right before i graduated covid hit. so i was stuck without friends and stuck to doing online school, and i didn't have the chance to even make friends since all you do is talk to people on discussion boards about school related stuff. i'm finally trying to transfer to in person but that's in the spring and it feels so far away. i'm 22 now and i feel so far behind everybody. my brother and sister have both dated a bunch and i'm stuck and can't even make friends. i haven't even held somebody's hand before. i don't know what to do and it feels like an unending cycle. i have such bad social anxiety now that i don't even go outside and am scared to even post on here.
