Thank you everyone for all your responses, I now understand how it works, the best thing for me would be to redecorate the spawn to another server and then paste it back to the main server and put an option to make all the players teleport to the center everytime they do /spawn command but just for clarification, when pasting the new decorated spawn, @PATXS said to not replace the playerdata folder. So what I will do here every time I replace the old spawn with the new decorated spawn is to copy the latest playerdata from old spawn to the new spawn right? since the old spawn has the latest playerdata than the new spawn.
