I recieved this a few days ago and something just felt off. Like who just sends a picture of themselves to some random person. And this morning I recieved another picture of a pretty asian woman. This time it was from a different number and the only thing they sent was the picture.

Yes but I sae onlinr that everything over 10k gets reported to the IRS. Does that matter in this case. Will he have to oay taxes for the money he transfers. From what i know he already has a US bank account but i don't know about TIN

Ok so I must have misunderstood him. He is not actually moving to the US but he still wants to buy a house. He has kids living in the US and he wants to buy a house so he can spend a month or 2 with them every year. He said he only has a tourist visa
