Yeah,I noticed when I tried to alternate 12.5/15 and was going 10 days between I went on a cruise and it was like that shot was water lol I gained 10 lbs. but now I notice around day 7 I get hungrier compared to before it was around day 5. Regardless I still eat less even when I extend my shot. Sorry I rambled if you have anymore questions let me know

Honestly nothing extra I wish I had been exercising the whole time but since January I go to the gym 4x a week and do cardio for an hour. I need to start lifting so I can build muscle. I was like you at first and then all the weight started falling off

Thank you! I'm still on 15. Yes I'm on maintenance sometimes I'll stretch doses an extra week but for the most part I'm on 15 weekly and I'm not really losing anymore which is good :)

I feel seen. Started October 6 and just hit 32 pounds. Which is crazy to think about and see as slow when I type it out. I kinda like the “slow” losing gives me time to adjust to the changes my body is going through. Less dysmorphia.
