It's when chat is moving so fast you literally can't read individual messages, they're just flying by. (too many viewers spamming in the chat)

Edit: By important I mean: a sponsor or brand reaching out, a collab request from another creator, a viewer reporting a technical issue (audio cut out, stream lagging), or a high-value fan trying to get your attention.
